These terms and conditions apply to any services and/or trips purchased from this website Boss Travelers LAS (Lynette Ailsa Soto, LLC)
Agreement
By using our website you the traveler (“traveler” and “you”) are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions as applicable. This agreement governs the relationship between you the traveler and this website. If you do NOT agree to any part of these terms and conditions, please do NOT use our website/services. No alternations may be made to these terms and conditions by this website.
Use of this website
By using this website you warrant that:
You are at least age 18 years or older
You have legal authority to create binding agreements
You will use this website soley in accordance to its terms of use
All information provided by you is true, accurate, current and complete to your full knowledge
We retain the right at our discretion to deny access to anyone to this website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Purchases and Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us.
All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
Refunds and Cancellations
If for any reason within 24 hours, you the traveler requests a cancellation, a FULL refund will be issued at that time. All cancellations must be made in writing to info@bosstravelers.com. After 24 hours, all deposits and payments are forfeited by the traveler.
It is highly recommended for traveler to purchase travel insurance as only means to obtain reimbursement should your trip be cancelled or changed for any reason.
Travel Advisory
Travelers MUST all have valid passports that do not expire within 6 months of travel. Traveler is responsible to ensure all documents are current and valid prior to departure.
Due COVID-19 restrictions, travel is ever changing and every country has different restrictions and laws to abide by. Traveler will be made aware of these restrictions and must be flexible to them.
Due to the nature of travel and communicable disease, some countries require vaccines prior to entry. Traveler will be made of aware vaccine requirement prior to booking and is responsible to ensure compliance with such vaccinations. In addition to obtaining appropriate documents
Traveler is responsible for fees associated with any visas required for entry or any additional documents that may be required for entry to any country.
COVID-19 Policy
This website shall be able to cancel any organized group trip for any reason or sole discretion, including, but not limited to: global pandemics/diseases, natural disasters, border closings/quarantines, acts of war/terrorism, civil unrest or turmoil in the country or any other reason. For personal, individual and group trips, cancellations based on the aforementioned is to the discretion of the consumer.
In the event that a trip is cancelled for reasons beyond this websites control, for any reason, the website will issue refund of any payments made as refunded by airlines, hotels and/or other third party companies.
If any trip is cancelled for any reason, this website will communicate this to travelers via email. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are checking their email and receiving emails from Boss Travlers. This website is not obligated to give any other form of notice of trip cancellation.
Traveler understands and acknowledges that international travel is an ever changing and Boss Travelers will do its best to keep attendees reasonably informed of any changes that may affect the trip, for any of the reasons previously mentioned above.
Most countries are imposing strict COVID-19 rules and regulations. Traveler may be required to submit a negative COVID-19 test prior to travel and/or upon arrival. Traveler is responsible for the costs associated with this test and ensuring that proper documents are in hand prior to travel.
Traveler may be required to submit a negative COVID-19 test prior to returning home or upon arrival in home destination in the United States. Traveler is responsible for the costs associated with this test and ensuring that they receive the required form of the test with appropriate documentation and results.
Waivers:
COVID19: Due to COVID-19 risks and restrictions across the globe, travelers must complete this COVID-19 waiver prior to travel.
PHOTO: Photos and videos will be taken on every organized group trip and may be used by this website. The traveler will sign a release prior to travel which allows this website to take, alter, edit, copy, publish and use any footage taken on any/all trips.
Waivers will be sent to you individually once your travel plans have been confirmed by Boss Travelers.***
Photography/Videography
Photos and videos will be taken during any organized group trip. Traveler will sign waiver of release which allows this website to take, alter, edit, copy, publish and use any footage taken to be used and/or for promotional materials including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, newsletters and digital communications without any payment or other considerations.
Privacy Policy
Boss Travelers (‘We” or “our”) value or clients and their privacy. The privacy statement will address the manner in which we collect, use and disclose your data in the use of our website.
When you use our website, we may collect the following kinds of personal information from you as needed for your booking:
Name, email address, telephone number, and home, business, and billing address
Government issued Identification required for booking or identity verification, such as passport, driver’s license, and government redress numbers, and for vacation property owners, tax identification number
Payment information such as payment card number, expiration date, and billing address
Travel related preferences and requests such as favorite destination and accommodation types, and special dietary and accessibility needs, as available
Birth date and gender
Data you give us about other people, such as your travel companions or others for whom you are making a booking
We will NOT use your data or share data for marketing purposes. Your personal information will only be used for travel bookings and may be shared with hotels and/or airlines.
